Una vacanza a Marettimo deve prevedere almeno una cena al Pirata…accogliente il posto per la simpatia dei proprietari e ottima la cucina grazie alle ricette della cuoca Anna. Eccezionali la pasta con l’aragosta e la zuppa di vongole. Il burbero Pirata, capofamiglia, tiene le redini di questa attività a gestione familiare e ha una storia molto interessante piena di avventure in giro per il mondo.

A trip to Marettimo must by all means include at least a dinner at Il Pirata! The place is welcoming, the owners very nice and cuisine is delicious, thanks to the recipes of Anna, the cook. Pasta with lobster and clam soup are my favourite. The grumpy Pirate, the head of the household, holds the reins of this family business and has a very interesting story, full of adventures all throughout the world.
